Spring is in the air here at Direct Mobility Hire and we are excited to share with you our latest news. We also have some positive results to share with you from our first ever customer service survey……
Pride mobility are soon to launch their new portable electric wheelchair which we are pleased to announce will be available on the hire fleet. The Pride i-Go is lightweight, at only 19.8kg (without batteries) and has an advanced folding mechanism for easy transportation.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SURVEY
The results are in from our first customer service survey and we are proud to share with you some of the responses. 100% of respondents reported that they were ‘very satisfied’ with our services and that they would recommend us to others. Our products were rated as ‘high quality, ‘reliable’, and ‘good value for money. Our responsiveness to questions was rated as both ‘extremely responsive’ and ‘very responsive’.
Some of the comments include ‘Many thanks for reliability of hire and product provided.’ and ‘The person who delivered our product and installed it was outstanding; if this is the standard then we will definitely be doing repeat business’.
We are delighted with the results, as our staff are always working to ensure our clients receive the best service possible, followed up with great products and aftercare.

We are pleased to announce that PillarCare has chosen to recommend our services to their clients, including our Occupational Therapy assessments.
PillarCare provides hourly (6 consecutive hours minimum), live-in, night care and complex needs care for service users across London and the home counties. If you hire a product, then decide to purchase it, we will refund one weeks hire charge from the purchase price, whether it is a new or used item that you purchase. Trying a product before you buy helps to ensure that you purchase a product that is right for you.
We also complete all servicing and repairs in-house so you can rest assured that you will be looked after, long after the purchase is complete.
