Hire Contract: Will start on the day of delivery (or pick up) and terminate on the day of collection (or drop off), unless notice for collection was made and we agreed a later collection for logistical reasons.

Pre Bookings: Will be accepted up to 14 days prior to delivery subject to available stock.

Cancelling: A pre booking should be cancelled as soon as possible but before 9.30am on the day of delivery to avoid any charges, otherwise the delivery charge will apply, if delivered, then our minimum hire charge plus the delivery charge will apply.

Delivery: Normally within 24 hours by arrangement and available stock if requested within normal hours of business. Normal hours of business Monday-Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. Equipment will be assembled and fitted as required.

Hire period Rates: Available are, weekly, 4 or 6 weekly. Some larger items may have a 8 or 12 week rate please enquire.

Payment For Hire: Equipment and delivery is made in advance unless an authorised account facility is in place. Preferred payment method is credit or debit card, payment by cash or cheque may result in a cash security deposit being requested.

Early Return: Equipment and cancellation of contract will result in a change of hire rate if termination date falls within a higher charge rate period.

Early Return: Of individual items but not the whole contract will involve an individual item rate change if appropriate and an administration fee of £10.00. Any refund due will be made by the same method as payment was received.

Hire Period End: We will contact you by telephone on, or, the prior day of the period end date to advise of the return date and take instruction for either the collection and completion of the contract or a hire extension. If no contact can be made and if a message has been left and not replied to, we will write to the hirers address, and if no reply is made within 24hours we reserve the right to automatically extend the hire period from the return due date for the same hire period or until you contact us to advise differently.

Hire Extensions: Can be made at the end of the hire period and charges will reflect the original hire rate on a weekly pro rata rate unless a longer period rate is requested in which case that rate and any subsequent hire extension will be charged at this rate.

Trial hire period: If within the first seven days of any hire period and after assessing its suitability you decide to purchase any of the equipment, then we will refund all the hire charges relating to the item against the purchase price and i appropriate 50% of the delivery charge. If a decision to purchase is made after this period then a maximum refund equal to the relevant weekly hire rate will apply.

Damaged and Lost: Equipment will be charged at the full retail repair or replacement cost.

VAT: Will be applied to all charges at the prevailing rate unless the appropriate exemption declaration we provide can be completed and signed by the user or carer.
