Most items are available for next day delivery (Monday-Friday). We use our own trained technicians to deliver and install/adjust the items. The collection and installation (as required) are included in the delivery charge.
Each item has a delivery code that relates to the cost.
Item A = £24.00, Item B = £30.00, Item C = £48.00.
If you are ordering multiple items you will only be charged for one delivery charge, however, this will be the higher amount. For example, if you are ordering 2 x item A and 1 x item B, you will be charged the price for the Item B delivery.
Our normal service area covers London, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Essex, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. We also have limited coverage within Kent, Sussex, Northamptonshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Somerset. If you are not within these areas, please do contact us as we may still be able to supply to you.
Our normal hire terms are weekly, 4 weekly or 6 weekly. Longer terms are available if required; please contact us for further information. At the end of the hire period, we will contact you to arrange the collection, or the hire can be extended if required, at a pro-rata rate.
Please note that the 4 or 6 weekly hire prices only apply if that hire term is initially requested. Therefore if you hire the items on a week by week basis, you will not then qualify for the 4 or 6 weekly rates. However if you request to hire the item/s for 6 weeks, then return them after 4 weeks, we will refund the difference between the 4-week rate and the 6-week rate. Please contact us if you require further information.
TRIAL HIRE
If you are unsure whether to purchase an item, we offer a 1-week trial hire, which enables you to hire an item before you commit to purchasing. If you do decide to purchase the item/s after the trial period, we will deduct the weekly hire charge from the purchase price.
